The African philosophy of Ubuntu further emphasizes this interconnectedness, translating to "I am because we are." It reflects the belief that our identities and destinies are intertwined, and that personal well-being is deeply connected to the well-being of others. As Archbishop Desmond Tutu explained, "My humanity is caught up, is inextricably bound up, in yours."
